Binghamton Area Reading Council First Year Teacher - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments You must submit a letter from your Principal or Superintendent stating that you are a brand new first year teacher. Switching to a new content area or school district does not qualify for this discount.

Binghamton Area Reading Council Full Time Student - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments You must submit a letter from a College Official stating that you are enrolled as a full time student.
