Nassau Reading Council is proud to co-sponsor a virtual workshop on Tuesday, November 8th with Kari Yates, one of the authors of Shifting the Balance: 6 Ways to Bring the Science of Reading into the Balanced Literacy Classroom. 

Considered one of the most accessible and informative texts on bridging the Science of Reading and workshop models for grades k-2, Kari's clear and practical presentationis helpful for both teachers and administrators.
