We have assembled a panel of administrators representing urban, suburban and rural districts to discuss with current and recent graduate students what each looks for in a candidate, how best to represent oneself for a teaching opportunity, what is the process, what are the reasonable expectations once someone is hired, etc.

Each panelist will be given a few minutes to address their selection process followed by a large group Q&A. 

After that there will be a series of breakout round-robins where each pre-service participant will have the opportunity to chat in a more intimate setting with each panelist.

• Ellen Saxby, elementary principal (gr. UPK-4) in Williamson
• Karen Fahy, Director of ELA and Reading · ‎Rochester City School District
