All virtual poster presenters will need to prepare the following items prior to the session:

1. A 3-minute overview, highlighting the key points and takeaways for your “poster”

2. A PDF of your poster, short PowerPoint, SlideDeck or other visual that can be easily shared in a virtual environment.

3. Prepare a 1 to 2-page summary with references/documentation as a PDF that can be shared for viewers to access following the session.

During the session, each presenter should be prepared to answer questions from attendees. The duration of each session could be up to 15 minutes.

Please note: Visual content and any support materials presented at the Virtual Meeting, will be available for access and viewing on the virtual platform for up to 30 days following the end of the session.

Tips: All materials should be created so that the viewer can easily follow what you are presenting - type should be large enough to be viewed/read - flow charts should be simple, leaving more complicated explanations to verbal interaction between the presenter and the viewers.

An effective “poster” delivers a clear message is highly visual and is read easily as a whole.
