Dear NYSRA Conference Attendee,
We are delighted that you will be attending the NYSRA Conference 2016 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Rochester, NY. Rochester has much to offer as a cultural, recreational and educational community. There are many museums, theaters, and restaurants to explore. We hope you might come early to the conference and stay late and take advantage of all that Rochester has to offer.
Here are the details you will need to know for your attendance.
Location: The conference is at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 125 East Main Street, Rochester, NY, 14604.
Telephone: 1-585- 546-1234. The Hyatt Regency Rochester is connected to the South Avenue parking garage and Hyatt guests use this garage, which is managed and operated by Riverside Parking. Hotel: If you need hotel accommodations, please use this link: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/nysra to get the NYSRA rate or call 888-421-1442 and be sure to say you are with the NYS Reading Association. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle.
Registration: When you arrive at the Hyatt, please go directly to the NYSRA Conference Registration Desk. The Conference Registration Desk will open at 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 12 for thosearriving early. On Sunday registration opens at 7:30 am and on Monday at 6:30 am. As NYSRA is a certified provider of professional development credits, there will be someone at the Conference Registration Desk that can explain the process of getting your credits in compliance with CTLE.
Conference: Conference 2016 promises to be an exciting and inspiring professional experience with highly regarded professional speakers and authors and we hope that you will leave feeling invigorated and renewed to pursue your educational goals.
